Mike and Mirian keep the basic items on hand durning the camping & boating season. What I like is the welcomed feeling when I am there. We have been going to Vacation Land regularly for about the past 10 years and I have been going there since I was a little girl with my parants and grandparants. It has only been the last two years that we have had the pleasure of knowing Mirian & Mike.
Most of our experience in the last ten years have been on the ice in the winter and not much summer until two years ago when my husband bought us a 16 foot pontoon boat for our 20th aniversary.
The first year we were there in the summer we put the boat in every weekend we had a chance and were able to have the assistance from Marian & Mike that first year helping us get it in and out of the the water every weekend. First time owning a boat of any kind.
Last year we rented a slip for the summer and again, was there every weekend from May to October.
Mirian & Mike are so great to deal with. I would stop into the store and let them know our general plan for the weekend and approximately when we would be back. If we forgot anything on our way out I was able to purchase it at the store. Mirian & Mike are very nice to deal with and are very helpful to their customers. We are looking forward to going back there again this year.
Mirian & Mike look after their customers and keep the grounds clean and safe.

There was one time we were coming in off the lake and it was pouring rain. We were in such a hurry that I had forgotten to take the key off the boat on our way off and only realized it after I had gotten home so I called Mirian and she was very helpful and went and got the key and kept it at the store for us until we could get back there the next weekend. We have never had any problems with things that have been left behind from weekend to weekend on the boat. When ever asked where I go fishing the answer is always Vacationland coming in from Estaire. We have always had nothing but good things to say about Mirian, Mike and Cody (their friendly dog) and Vacationland.
