Boat Slip Rental
Rules and Regulations….2010
These rules & regulations are in place for the safety & protection for you & your property.
You, your spouse & any children under the age of 16 are included in your boat slip rental. Extra fee applies for extra person(s)
(A $3 fee per person for use of property/docks; in/ out use.)
- All visitors are responsible to pay for the use dock/property use and must park in the parking lot by store. Payment can be made either in the store or by the envelope provided on the front door.
- Please inform your visitors if they come by boat to park at the front loading dock. (All of our slips are allocated to customers.)
- If you are going to be arriving later than 9 pm ***Please let us know at Vacationland by calling 705- 695-2177. This is for security reasons ONLY!
- LAUNCHING RAMP is for boats in and out DO NOT BLOCK THIS RAMP. Please use the front dock to load & unload your vehicle or boat.
- NO FISHING off the docks
- Speed limit in the park is SLOW. Children are our treasures of life!
- NO WAKES PLEASE IN THE MARINA AREA
- All dogs must be on a leash Please Poop & scoop: bags are provided at gazebo.
- HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE is the boater’s responsibility. Take ALL your garbage home with you. NO garbage dumping at Vacationland at anytime.
- Boat slips will be allocated at the discretion of the management.
- It is the sole responsibility of each boat owner to have their trailer, boat and all their belongings, fully insured at their own expense.
- It is your responsibility to inform your guests about the rules & regulations of the marina.
- Parents are responsible for their own children.
- There is no lifeguard at the beach….. USE AT OWN RISK!
- Slip sub-lease is not ALLOWED

Any and/or all of the proceeding rules & regulations can be changed at management’s discretion at any time pending notification.
